  · Managed major accounts such as WB Mason, Edward Don, Ferraro Foods, and WestRock providing sales

support to literally hundreds of field sales reps.

Jan. ’03 – Aug’13 / Web Development and Consulting, Independent

  · Developed dynamic websites on commercial ISP’s (i.e. Godaddy, Web.com, XO) using PHP, HTML, CSS and

MySQL with some JavaScript. Included design, storyboarding, developing logos and business cards, web

elements, favicons, banners, and content.

  · Developed for AJR Auto Appraisals a system using Smartphone and .ftp technology that allows pictures and

reports taken from the scene of an accident to update the web.

  · Created reports for Canfield Electronics using Crystals Reports to extract data from Pentagon 2000 their SQL

based business software.

Oct. ’98 – Jan. ‘03 / Sales and Account Manager, CyberData, Inc. in Hicksville, NY

  · Helped envision hosted custom web based services that integrated Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Phone,

Fax, and Email, such as for surveys, document delivery, and marketing campaigns.

  · Searched government bid boards for opportunities and wrote RFP, RFI proposal submissions. Developed a

corporate capability statement, and other company bidding media.

  · Provided project management for the contracts I won including assigning project deliverables to technical

staff, monitoring budget and schedule, testing, training, and acting as the customers’ primary contact.

  · Contracts had a combined value over a million dollars a year for five years, which was re-bid and won.

Sep. ’97 – Jun ’98 / Technical Sales Consultant, Premier Results, Inc. in Hicksville, NY

  · Supported reseller efforts for TakeStock & FACTS, proprietary distribution business software which included

modules for accounting, sales, inventory, and shipping. Required travel, and technical expertise to create
